Delivery and Shipping Time
All products in stock are usually shipped in the next 2 or 3 business days after the orders. For all the products that are not in stock and the customs mats our delays are usually from 6 to 8 weeks. The shipping times can change depending on where we ship and the company we have used to ship your order. Once the shipping is made a tracking number will be sent to you by email.
A minimum $20 shipping cost is applicable on every order. World Mat Gym assumes’ no responsibility for any loss or damage occurring by reason of delay or inability to deliver caused by any unavoidable circumstances or any beyond our reasonable control. In the case of loss or damage, the buyer has to file a complaint with the carrier. Late deliveries cannot lead to penalties or order cancellations, deliveries are made as quickly as possible. Any claim regarding missing goods has to be made within five (5) days of the delivery. Upon reception of one or more parcels, it is the customer's responsibility to verify all packages in order to notice and report any damage. If one or more parcels are damaged the customer must advise the driver immediately and note this information on the bill of lading of the shipping company before they leave your site. The customer must then contact the shipping company in order to proceed with the claim. NO APPEAL will be possible against World Mat Gym or the freight company if the above written instructions have not been followed.
